***NOTICE***
The all-purpose white flour is no longer available - but there's still about 5 tons of delicious and nutritious whole wheat pastry flour!  It will make great biscuits, pie crusts, pastries & cookies, pizza dough and other flatbreads.  It's not supposed to be good for yeasted breads, but I have had other bread bakers tell me that they have been able to use it to make bread by 1) mixing in other higher protein flours 2) using milk instead of water in the dough.  Both of these things will bring up the protein content and make a good yeasted bread (disclaimer:  I have not tried these approaches myself).
